Context
A concept for delightful and conversational file claiming process for travel insurance. We were approached by the innovation team at AIG to create a concept for a chatbot that could be pitched to one of their potential clients.
Our User Experience team had a few concerns about our current file claiming process which is legnthy and doesn’t allow for saving information.
